Most couples have never experienced the hiring of a Professional wedding or event Floral designer for their personal events. It can be a bit daunting.
It is my pleasure to try and make the flower selection a fun part of your planning. But we do have to start with what you have in mind, current market rates and what seasonal holidays may be factored in. 
Each wedding or special event that we design is unique and custom designed. no cookie cutter weddings! We take your vision and traditions into consideration and suggest the best flowers and decor to bring it to life. Of course there may need to be some give and take to keep your budget in line with your desires.


What is a realistic budget??? I dont have a clue what flowers cost!!!
This is probably the biggest question we hear. And there are many factors that effect flowers. They are a commodity, and weather, trends and demand all factor in. I strive to use the finest California grown eco or organic products for designs. and each event and season will have its bargain and Luxury items. Here is where we can help you achieve a realistic budget. Don't trust outdated blogs and magazines. as the prices vary through seasons and from state to state.
So Where do you start?
Your wedding date may effect the cost of flowers. If you select a Flower heavy date such as Valentine's week or Mothers Day weekend,Christmas and New years expect prices to be elevated. High season weddings from April through October can be a value if you select in season flowers and greens in your colors.
Our Minimum for a delivered wedding in the vines is $2000.+ tax and delivery
what does this minimum cover? WE only design one event per day, so you will have our undivided attention and get The basics for a complete modest wedding. Your floral consultations, sketches and design options with an award winning designer, the personal flowers such as the brides Bouquet, a toss bouquet, grooms boutineer,a maid of honor and 2 or 3 simple bridesmaid designs and groomsmens boutineers, simple ceremony design for an arch or arbor, smaller reception designs for up to 10 tables and cake flowers. your set up and day of designs all professionally handled by our experienced crew.
What makes the budget increase?
Larger Guest and table counts are the most frequent, followed by the large wedding party. The use of Luxury Blooms such as Peonies and Phalo orchids and out of season or rare flowers or components. Some venues require additional insurance from vendors, this may be a fee that is additional to set up. 
The addition of rentals, such as draping and chandeliers, large urns, Chuppahs and Mandaps and specialty linens and Large Glass designs, or lighting . All can increase from modest to platinum depending on how elaborate you go. We are very good at helping you stay on track and show you how selecting a few focal designs can be just as special as going over the top.  
Using your venue and nature to its best advantage can be wonderful
We can guide you along the seasonal path with flowering plants and branches as well as wildflowers and even fruit and veggies!! Our winery weddings are featured in magazines and TV. And we can truly give you a Picture Perfect Wedding without breaking the bank! 
Since each couple and wedding is unique Pricing information listed here is just as a basic guideline of what an average cost may be, I will be happy to sit down with you to discuss your options and work on a realistic Budget. Whether a simple back yard Vow renewal to a Platinum Gala we will happily help you create your vision!
